yummy juice recipes

All of the juices listed here make approximately 16-20 oz of juice. I'm drinking between 3-5 of these throughout the day and basically having them as meals. They are definitely satisfying and filling! Plus, usually within the hour I have been getting a surge of energy! (great effect!)  So, here are some of my favorites:


the "fresh-yo"
1/2 cucumber
handful spinach
1 mango
2 peeled oranges
2 carrots
~loved this one!

  

the "red racer"
2 oranges
2 apples
6 strawberries
8 raspberries
>>mmm...zingy!



the "peachy pie"
2 peaches
2 pears
1 cup green grapes
...sweet!



 the "citrus blaster"
3 oranges
4 strawberries
4 raspberries
1 apple
1/2 cucumber
(very tart!)
  
 
the "little green man"
6 leaves kale
1/2 cucumber
1 green apple
1/2 peeled lemon
1 thumb size piece of ginger
=super energy!


the "good morning"
1 apple
1 red grapefruit (peeled)
large handful green grapes
4 strawberries
4 raspberries
1" piece of fennel root
...was very refreshing!

the "kicker"
2 carrots
1/2 cucumber
6 kale leaves
5 big parsley sprigs
1" pc of ginger
1/5 fennel root
1 beet
5 stalks celery
...very filling!

the "salsa"
2 carrots
1/2 cucumber
about 2" x 1" piece of red onion
handful of cilantro
2 cloves garlic
2 tomatoes
4 kale leaves
...no need for chips here! :) 

the  "eye-opener"
4 leaves swiss chard
6 pcs celery
2 sprigs mint- just the leaves, about 6 leaves
2 green apples
**this was super tart and refreshing with the mint! 


the "v-6"
6 carrots
2 oranges
1 celery
1" pc of ginger
1 1/2 cups spinach
~like v-8 juice, only better ;)


the "refresher"
1 pear
1 apple
2 kale leaves
handful of grapes
**a nice sweet little pick me up

the "a little loupy"
just 1/2 fresh cantaloupe =)
*curbed the hunger just right!

the "good morning, sunshine"
2 grapefruit
1 orange
1 plum



the "booster"
1 beet
4 sprigs parsley
1 apple
4 leaves swiss chard
4 carrots



the "candy apple"
1/4 fennel bulb
1 c. grapes
2 apples
1/2 lime
-this was so sweet and yummy! i love the fennel with the apples!
