I must admit... It's really hard to keep to a plan sometimes. Ok. Well, most of the time anyways. And I don't know about you guys but its way harder with this darn time change! So here we are and I'm trying to make a plan yet again.. that I can stick to. Today I woke up at 4:30 am.. an ungodly hour if there ever was one.. so that I could work out. And I did. And it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. In fact, I feel pretty peppy this morning! So, I'm thinking I am gonna try to keep this as my normal workout time and see how it works out. Get it, works out, work out... Haha. Ok maybe a little delirious, but definitely peppy too. :)
